Fresh backed bread.

Today I get up around 6:30 am, knowing that I had a free day, I chose finally to bake my favourite bread or buns. These are made on leaven. I make leaven myself, a home made leaven is the best 😉

Ingredients: pumpkin seeds, walnuts, buckwheat flour, rye flour, leaven, soda, oats, flax seeds, sesame.
